Payment Policy

When booking created, minimum one night's accommodation will be charged to secure your reservation. In peak season, full payment may charged straight away, or 30 days before arrival.

For online booking, you will be required to provide with credit card details to proceed the booking and will be charged immediately.

Phone or email booking, you will be required to offer credit card information but you may be allowed to deposit via online banking to secure your booking within the first banking day but 7 days in advance of check in. Direct bank transfers are only acceptable in NZD to ANZ: 06-0413-0517358-46. Please must use your name and booking number as reference.

If the charge of your credit card failed or deposit for bookings is not received in time, your booking may be cancelled without further notice.

The balance or extra fees if any need to be paid upon check in. Extended nights, damage or incidentals incurred must be settled before departure.

Any damage/loss caused by you, your fellows or visitors to the property, communal blocks, and/or accommodation, will result in costs of repair (and any insurance excess). This will be charged directly, either fully or partly, to you as the registered guest. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra cleaning required or loss of income due to the unit or facilities being unavailable.

For group booking, a bond also be required payable before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy here as it pertains to individuals ONLY:

During peak season, if the cancellation is more than 30 days prior to arrival, full refund will be given except $25 handling fee. If within 30 days but more than 14 days, will charge one night accommodation. If within 14 days, no refund for the whole booking.

During low season, if the cancellation is more than 48 hours prior to 2 pm of arrival, full refund except $25 handling fee. If within 48 hours one night accommodation will be charged.

In the case of a "no show", no refund for whole booking without any further notice.

Cancellation Policy as it pertains to Group Bookings

Booking for 3 units or sites above will be considered as a group booking.

During peak season, if the cancellation is more than 60 days prior to arrival, full refund except $50 handling fee. If within 60 days no refund for the whole booking.

During low season, if the cancellation is is more than 30 days prior to arrival, full refund except $50 handling fee. If within 30 days no refund for the whole booking.

Special conditions for payment will be advised for your group on confirmation and also a bond will be required according to your group size.

After check in there will be no refund in any circumstance for the whole booking, i.e early departure.

We are not responsible to any reason like bad weather, personal medical situation, booked wrong date, travel plans change etc.

DEFINITION
Peak season is from November through to end of April, plus any NZ Public holiday weekends, school holidays, and specials events in Rotorua.

Low season is from May through to end of October excluding NZ Public holiday weekends, school holidays, and any special events in Rotorua.

Child Policy

Baby 12 months old or under are FREE of charge when accompanying a paid adult, except where a cot and bedding is requested then there is a $15.00 surcharge per night per baby.

Children above 12 month, but 12 year old or under at time of stay will be charged at child's rates.

Above the age of 12 year old full rates apply.

It is the parent/guardians responsibility to supervise your baby and children at all times while staying in motel.

Other

Price is for two person stay per night. Extra person or extra bedding require extra charge. Bedding and bath towel ready for every person paid but no room service.

No Smoking in any room.

Limited free WIFI

Welcome pet with camping guests in low season by arrangement.

Local attraction discounts, tour bookings are available at reception.

Early / late check in, or late check out by arrangement, extra charge may apply.
