All without hearing traffic noise or sulphur smell but within a 15-minute walk into the city.

Where is Cosy Cottage located?
We are conveniently at 67 Whittaker Road located just under 2 km from Rotorua city centre and have lakeshore access. It is a pleasant 15-minute stroll through Kuirau Park or the lakefront into the city centre. It is a 500-meter walk to the end of the street where you will find a fish and chip shop, fruit and vegetable shop, butcher, bakery and a gas station.
